Testimonials
"We have just completed our first year with Built on Safety (STEP® for Safety's custom program). For the period of April 1, 2002-March 31, 2003 the official totals are 6 recordable, and 7 lost workdays. I went back and checked April 1, 2001-March 31, 2002 the official totals were 7 recordable and 256 lost workdays."
"There is a new sense of teamwork, which was lacking before Built on Safety came along."
--Evangeline Light, Safety Director, BurWill Construction Company

"This program definitely gets results and is now the cornerstone of our safety program."
"It's easy, fast, fun, and to the point"
"As a company, for a five-year average, we were looking at a Loss Ratio of 121.6% with a frequency rate of 26.33%. Built on Safety (STEP® custom program) was implemented in August 2000. We closed our 2000 policy year with a Loss Ratio of 7.08% and a frequency rate of 9.99%."
--Richard Waldron, Safety Director, M.L. Garrett Construction Co. Inc.

"Built on Safety (STEP® custom program) has been a great asset to our company. The all-inclusive program is easy to implement and has succeeded in lowering our workers' compensation costs. The program has produced as promised, it has gotten the safety message to our employees in the field."
"Our claims dropped 39% in fiscal year 2003 which generated a bottom line savings of over $900,000 and an ROI of 3 to 1."

"There's no question; the program gets results."
--Cecil Morgan - Secretary-Treasurer, Morgan Contractors, Inc.

"I strongly endorse the STEP® Program. The reduction in the number of claims and dollars spent in the first two years of the program has met and exceeded the expectation of a 34% claims reduction."
"In addition, the almost 6,000 employees of our members now feel they are empowered to take effective steps to encourage safe work behavior for themselves and their co-workers."
"STEP® has proven to be the process needed to effectively impact the most important element in the workers' compensation equation - the employee."
--Robert Shoulders, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Arkansas Self-Insurance Trust
